I'd been looking for an Italian restaurant in Madrid that went beyond the touristy options, and this place in Malasaña has been an absolute discovery. The original Carbonara was spectacular. Value for money is a 10 for being right in the centre. We'll definitely be back!"

"Here I've had the best carbonara pasta I've tried in Madrid. A spectacular experience — for me, the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to."

"It was my first time going and I'll definitely be back. The service 5/5, very friendly and they explain how ordering works. The portions are generous and the dessert was great."

Our Concept
At My Pasta My Art, pasta is not just a dish: it's a canvas. Every recipe is born from the purest Italian tradition, handcrafted with the devotion of a Renaissance artist.
Our Temple in the heart of Malasaña is a pause. Here the act of eating is ordered as rite: contemplation, choice, celebration.
In the heart of Malasaña, steps from Gran Vía and Chueca. The Bottega is the open workshop where each piece is born; the Oracle is the Host's voice that guides the choice when the Path is unclear.
La tua pasta non mente.

Why My Pasta My Art?
My Pasta My Art was born from an obsession: restoring pasta to its rightful place as art. We're not just another Italian restaurant in Madrid — we're a space where every dish tells a story, every ingredient has its own name, and every recipe has travelled from Italy's traditional kitchens to the heart of Malasaña.
We handcraft all our pasta daily in our open workshop, in full view of diners. Premium Italian flours, free-range eggs and the technique of generations of Italian artisans come together in every dish we serve. From our Carbonara Originale with 24-month cured guanciale to our Ragù Sacro slow-cooked for 6 hours.
The location in Malasaña, steps from Gran Vía and Chueca, places the restaurant at a meeting point in central Madrid for a fresh-pasta Italian table. A Renaissance-inspired space where gastronomy is treated as art. The Italian restaurant is located in Malasaña, central Madrid, at C. del Espíritu Santo, 16.
A romantic dinner in Malasaña, a meal with friends, or a table devoted to artisan pasta in Madrid: My Pasta My Art proposes a precise rite at every service. More about the artisan pasta in Madrid and about the Italian restaurant in central Madrid.
