What makes our artisan pasta special?

At My Pasta My Art, pasta isn't a side note — it's the centre of everything. Every day, in our open workshop in Malasaña, we handcraft every variety of pasta we serve. We use exclusively selected Italian flours, free-range fresh eggs and artisan techniques that achieve the characteristically rough texture of true artisan pasta.

Our recipes span Italy's geography: Roman carbonara with cured guanciale, cacio e pepe with pecorino and selected black pepper, slow-cooked Bolognese ragù, Genovese pesto with fresh basil and toasted pine nuts, aglio e olio with Calabrian chilli. Each dish respects its region of origin's tradition and uses ingredients selected for quality, not price.

"Fresh pasta a step away from Gran Vía. I'd been looking for an Italian restaurant in Madrid that went beyond the touristy options, and this place in Malasaña has been an absolute discovery. The original Carbonara was spectacular. Value for money is a 10 for being right in the centre. We'll definitely be back!"

"Here I've had the best carbonara pasta I've tried in Madrid. A spectacular experience — for me, the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to."

— Ismael Supatto

"It was my first time going and I'll definitely be back. The service 5/5, very friendly and they explain how ordering works. The portions are generous and the dessert was great."
